No. You can read, browse and use consultations without one. With an account, your consultations are saved so you can come back to them. Your wishlist is kept in your browser, so it works without an account too.
Not yet: online ordering isn't open while we're in this early phase. If a product interests you, use Notify me on its page and we'll email you when it can be ordered. It's free, and it isn't a pre-order.
We plan to start with the United States and Canada. Rates, delivery times and how duties and taxes work will be in our shipping policy before the first order.

Choose a consultation type, enter the details it asks for (such as your birth date for Ba Zi, or your question for the I Ching) and chat with our AI consultant. Its replies draw on traditional Feng Shui, Ba Zi and I Ching principles.
Yes, during this phase. Because we use free AI models, the site can only answer a limited number of consultations each day. If that limit is reached, or the AI service is busy, you'll see a message asking you to try again later.
Readings are generated by AI, and AI can be wrong: replies may be inaccurate or inconsistent. They're offered for reflection, entertainment and cultural education, not as predictions; they can't foretell the future or guarantee any outcome. They're also not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. For important decisions, please talk to a qualified professional.
We use free AI models through OpenRouter, a service that passes each request on to an AI model provider; the model that answers can change from one message to the next. Your messages, and the details from the consultation form (your birth date, time, place and gender for Ba Zi, or your question for the I Ching), are sent to OpenRouter and that provider to generate the reply. Providers of free models may log what they receive and use it to improve their models, so please don't share names, contact details or other sensitive information. If you're signed in, the consultation is saved to your account, where you can delete it at any time; if you're not, we don't keep it. Our privacy policy has the details.
You can delete saved consultations on your account page. Deleting the whole account takes a message to us, and we have not published a contact address yet — see our contact page. Once we publish one, we'll delete an account together with its saved consultations and addresses on request.
In Chinese metaphysics, everything is associated with one of the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water), and each product lists the element it's traditionally linked with. If your Ba Zi chart shows that an element is weak, tradition suggests objects of that element to restore balance. This describes a tradition; it isn't a promise of any effect.
Each product description states what the item is made of. Natural stones vary in color and pattern, so an individual piece may look slightly different from the photo.
