By using fengshui8 you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply when you use fengshui8, including its articles, AI consultations, product catalog and customer accounts (together, the "service"). The service is run by:
By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal information. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
fengshui8 is in an early validation phase, and you can't buy anything on the site yet. Prices and product details are shown for information only, may change, and are not an offer to sell. Notify me is not an order, pre-order or reservation: it only asks us to email you when a product can be ordered, and it's free.
Before online ordering opens, we'll publish terms of sale together with our shipping and returns policies. They will apply to orders placed after they are published.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service or create an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Please give accurate information when you sign up, keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account: you're responsible for what happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You will be able to ask us to delete your account once we publish a contact address; we have not published one yet.
When you use the service, please don't:
We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.
Consultations are generated automatically by third-party AI models, based on traditional Feng Shui, Ba Zi and I Ching principles. No person reviews a reply before you see it.
You may use the replies you receive for your own personal purposes.
Feng Shui, Ba Zi and the I Ching are cultural traditions. We present them in our articles, consultations and product descriptions for reflection, entertainment and cultural education, not as scientifically established facts. When a product page mentions an item's element or traditional meaning, it describes that tradition; it is not a promise that the item will have any particular effect.
You can write reviews of products. Reviews must be honest and reflect your own experience, and must not contain personal information, advertising or unlawful content. We check reviews before publishing them and may decline or remove reviews that break these rules, but we don't publish or reject reviews based on whether they are positive or negative.
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display and reproduce it on and in connection with the service for as long as it is online.
The service, including its text, articles, images, design, logo and software, belongs to the operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it, share links to it, and print or save pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, republish or distribute it for any other purpose without our written permission.
The service may link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make based on it. Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live. Some places, including Quebec, don't allow some of these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You can stop using the service at any time; asking us to delete your account will be possible once we publish a contact address. We may suspend or close your account, or restrict your access to the service, if you break these terms or if we need to in order to protect the service or other people. If we discontinue the service, we'll try to give account holders reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction below, without regard to its conflict of laws rules:
We have not published a way to raise a concern with us yet. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be decided by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live, or any right you have to bring proceedings in its courts.
We may update these terms, for example when online ordering opens. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date and, if a change is significant, let account holders know before it takes effect. Changes take effect on the date they are posted, or on a later date we state, and never apply retroactively. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are available in English and Chinese; if the two versions differ, the English version applies.
Questions about these terms? We have no contact channel open yet — our contact page says what is available in the meantime.
